Please send the completed forms and fees to the clinic host at the listed address except S. Ohio Gorman Farm.  Please send those forms to Joyce Burnham 12510 Murphysboro Rd. Campbell Hill, IL  62916

Forms are due by Friday 1 week prior to each clinic.

Please send a form without fees if you are planning to come and pay at the clinic.  Indicate the probability and timing of your attending.  This will help with our scheduling.

New Location in Eastern Kentucky (Irvine):  New clinic date at Randy Powell's East of Richmond, KY.   Contact me if you are interested.  clinic@customstockdogs.com

Southern Michigan:  The next clinic in Michigan has not been set at this time.  We are looking at a date.  The location is a little west of I 69 just north of the Indiana state line.

Wisconsin.  The next clinic in Wisconsin has not been set.  It will not be at the Sheep and Wool Festival because they are only offering Instinct Tests this year.  Check back for new location and dates.

New Salisbury, Indiana:  The location is 30 miles west of Louisville, KY just north of Interstate 64.

Evansville, Indiana: October 15th and 16th, 2011.  The address is 2401 McDowell on the west side.

Southern Ohio Clinic date:  The next Southern Ohio clinic will be December 3rd and 4th, 2011.  It will be held at Gorman Heritage Farm in Evendale, OH.

South Carolina clinic dates:  The next clinic in Aiken, SC will be ?.  Please check back for date confirmation.

North West Ohio:  The next clinic in Pemberville, OH has not been set yet.  If you are from this area, the Michigan location is fairly close to you.
