Forms are due by Friday 1 week prior to each clinic.
Please send a form without fees if you are planning to come and pay at the clinic. Indicate the probability and timing of your attending. This will help with our scheduling.
Southern Ohio Clinic date: The next Southern Ohio clinic will be September 6th & 7th, 2014. It will be held at Gorman Heritage Farm in Evendale, OH. (3035 Gorman Heritage Farm Lane)
